Clarifying league information

I’m thinking about how if there are 4 PL teams, the max points is 96, and a figure like 74 makes sense toward the end of the league phase. The user might just want us to comment or provide a ranking breakdown by club. Since we can’t fetch live data, I should ask what they really need—like if they want a breakdown list or an update date. I’m considering the lack of a shell network path, and it's possible the CLI harness network is enabled. Since it’s a casual chat, I’m not sure if running a network fetch is necessary.
